comparing profile.
This is useful when you want fixed comparing profiles and also others with the ignore list open to
additions from changes tree.

Ignore Keys and Values
This is the list of the registry keys and values that will be ignored when comparing with this profile.
Items in this list are added from changes tree with command "Add to Compare Ignore List". The profile
must have the "Lock" property turned off in this case.
Compare files
Activate comparing of the files and folders from snapshots.
Compute MD5 for New Files
Compute MD5 for created Files
